Emotional Intelligence for EMS Leaders explores the skills needed to lead with self-awareness, empathy, and resilience in rural and frontier EMS settings. Participants will learn practical strategies for communication, conflict resolution, stress management, and team engagement to strengthen workplace culture, support workforce well-being, and improve recruitment and retention of EMS professionals across rural Montana.
