Child Development and Substance Use

In this training, you will:

1. Discuss how development is caused by the dynamic interaction of biological, behavioral, and environmental factors.
2. Describe the relationships between the prenatal phase of development and attachment.
3. Identify your ability to care for children who have experienced trauma and know your ability to train parents whose children might behave younger than their chronological age.
